InspiHER:

Our Mission

At InspiHER, we’re a youth-led nonprofit empowering girls to gain confidence and independence through education and mentorship. We work to close the gender gap in STEM, business, and finance by helping young women build skills, find mentors, and lead with purpose. We believe every girl deserves the chance to explore her passions and see herself in fields where women are underrepresented. Through hands-on learning and a strong community, InspiHER encourages girls to dream bigger and create lasting change in their lives and communities.

Motivations

• Many girls are interested in STEM and business but don’t have access to mentors or learning opportunities

• I started InspiHER to change that, creating a space where girls can learn and grow with guidance

• Teach 40+ girls Python, helping them build confidence through real projects and teamwork

• Raised $3.1K to support underfunded tribal schools and, through the Bright Life Foundation, taught coding, debate, and design to girls in an Indian orphanage

• Help students explore future paths by reviewing resumes, applications, and interview prep, and connecting them with mentors

• Lead awareness campaigns and write monthly blogs that encourage girls to support one another and take pride in their achievements
